Does toilet always draw water from out side

I have a 2005 342 Fiesta Vee and I am wounding if the water for the toilet always draws water from out side of the boat or can I shut off the seacock and it will draw fresh water

Far as I know, always raw water. Some people don't like the odour it can cause and just run some water in the bowl from the pull out sink hose."Knot Quite Shore" - 2000 FV270 (Sold)

Many systems use fresh water from the fresh water tank. The head on my 320 does not flush with sea water. I thought the 342s with Vacuflush heads used fresh water as well. -

We pull raw water from outside to flush the toilet. Run fresh sinknwater through when leaving the boat for the week.07' Cruisers 390 (Previous Rinker's: 06' 342EC & 01' 310FV) -
