Boat tilts to rear starboard on Fiesta Vee 250 from 2004

After a plumbing break under toilet sink a lot of water was evacuated from a hull compartment under the sink, about 30liters.
BUT we think that the boat tilts to the starboard and in the rear.
There are no water i engine room.
Greatful for any answer/comment that can describe if/how eventually water can be removed from a hidden compartment in rear hull.

do you have a forward bilge that is not pumping? Have you planned out the boat to get all the water to the back? My boat always leans!
