Any other tips? I removed the cabinet, but my normal adult male arm barely fits in far enough to reach the closest bolts, let alone the ones holding down the pump assembly that are a foot further back....
Thanks, that was what i was thinking was going to have to happen, but was undecided as to how to cover the hole afterwards with something that would seal well. What size did you hole saw...5-6"? And where did you source the hatch?
Most toilets have same mounting pattern. That’s soecially true if you stick with same brand. owner before me replaced the upper bowl but not the base. Reason was getting to the nuts under the fibgerglass enclosure. one other trick is to cut the tops of the bolts off and use as screws with marine silicone to secure the toilet to the glass.

Drill a hole using a hole saw and gain access to remove and install.
