Need to order a part. Rinker keeps transferring us to a voicemail. Getting frustrated

    Just an update:

    We're still waiting on getting a part. Rinker (according to our dealer) has sent them the wrong part, even though we've clearly described the part we need and have attached a picture in our numerous back and forth emails to Rinker.

    Nice & Naughty: We ended up talking with and are currently working with Pacific Boat Center in NorCal. 

    @BabyBoomer, I don't understand what you're saying.


    As of right now, we're really frustrated with the whole thing. We were hoping to have the dash panel by today, (2 & 1/2 weeks to receive a part you ordered isn't asking much, is it???)

    Just an update. We still have not received our dash panel. Our dealer informed us that he shipped the part yesterday, via USPS and it should get here tomorrow.

    What an extraordinarily long process this has been for such a small part. Here's to hoping the part actually comes tomorrow.
