Our outside Winter storage is around $2.65/sqft so we end up paying about $1K for the winter.  Shrink and winterize is separate.

When we had a well, it was around $3500 for the Summer.

I pay $70 a foot with water and electric at a town marina (April-November 1st.) . No amenities but there is a guard that looks over the boats and a restaurant very close by. $200 for a haul out and put on blocks on my property that is about 25 minutes away on the opposite coast of Long Island.
