Rinker Fiesta vee with twin Mercruisers 8.2

We ran out of gas on our 2005 Rinker Fiesta vee with twin mercruiser 8.2 engine, and when we put about 10 gallons of gas on each engine (we brought the gallons to the boat), it now would not start, seems like the engines have some air going thru them. What can we do to start the engines back?

Thanks for your responses. We bled both engines, and they had water in them, not sure how water got into the tanks, but after bleeding them for a few minutes and using starting fluid on the fuel filter, both engines started.

Check your vent lines and fuel tank caps for leaks
also never use starting fluid !

if they had water the alarm should have been going off preventing you from starting them.

What alarm are you talking about?   There is no water sensor for the fuel system on these models.
