FV270 dash ground block?

Thought I saw a post where someone said there should be a ground block behind the dash?
I've looked and cannot find it.. my goal is to add an accessory switch.
Seems straightforward to add power to my switch:

But having problem locating where I should run the ground wire to? I couldn't locate a ground block...This is all I could find where all the other grounds go to:

Does this mean I'll need to run a ground directly to the battery?

Originally, the junction block was just hanging loose inside the helm, wrapped in electrical tape. Maybe yours is like that.

@raybo3 sorry, I didn't mean a negative for the switch but for the accessories that will be connected to that switch.
@LaRea that looks much cleaner than what I see behind my panels!
