2001 Fiesta Vee 242 Prop and Wiring access questions

I just purchased a 2001 Fiesta Vee 242 and it needs a new prop.  The Engine is the 240HP Alpha 1 5.7L EFI.  I want to put a SS Prop that will perform well.   It does have trim tabs.  What is the best size prop for this boat?    Also I need to install a GPS/sonar (model below) and haven't yet figured out how to get access to the wiring access along the side of the boat.  Any help there would be great.

    For the prop I'd start with the size/pitch of your current prop.  You should be able to see that on the prop.

    Nope this aluminum prop has been reworked several times and its not readable.   The owner said it was the original that came with t he boar.   It has low hours:)
