Recommendations on new AC unit

I have a 2004 342, AC compressor is shot. I searched but only found one article referencing a replacement AC unit. Can anyone recommend a replacement unit?

Reneechris14 do you think that unit would work? I know it will fit and it's 115 volts so it looks right

I believe the one you have is a domestic so you will have to change the controller. This deal is just for this week. It is a blemishes unit???

Dometic is the brand. 16,000 btu rev cycle

I replaced mine 2 years ago. SO much more quiet. Humidity control. Variable speed fan.

My 270 didn't come with A/C.  Previous owner installed a Dometic Turbo unit. It's amazing.  He said it's a 10,000BTU and I saw the receipt for the work, but I suspect it's really a 6,000 or 8,000 since I think 10,000 would be too much for the boat.  But I can vouch for these units.  Quiet and very power efficient.  I can even run it and my battery charger and other items on my Honda EU2000 when I'm on the hook.  They even make a cover for the compressor to reduce noise further, but I haven't found it to be necessary.  I'm going to verify the capacity when I get to the maintenance for it before I launch.
