That's interesting. My guess was the powerboat had cut power just before impact, so she was pitched bow-up. Instead, the angle came from the sailboat being heeled to starboard.
A guy on the Sea Ray forum was on that boat and said it was some type of material that was real lightweight. Apparently the boat only weighed 3000 lbs but I find that hard to believe.
