How much do you pay for insurance?

My 2006 Fiesta Vee 270 has $27,000 in coverage for the boat, $300,000 personal liability, $900,000 pollution insurance and $10,000 medical per person and costs me $560 per year. It is up next month and I want to double check that the rate and coverage are in line. Sound about right? We are Rhode Island so it's a 6 month season.

I have a 270 that has $25K coverage and is in line with the rest...$250 deductible. I pay $473.00 a year but I am on the Ohio River in Pittsburgh. It used to be $400 but it went up this year. (United Marine Underwriters)

In Canada ... 2 million 3rd party, new boat coverage for $95k. $8000 personal effects on boat. Cost around $1000 Canadian or around $750 US.

I really think this varies with boat year, your location, and value or agreed value. I’ve found that Ace Marine (now called something else I don’t remember) has the best rates in our area. I pay about $500 a year for my 06’ 342
