I second both The Works and Zep toilet bowl cleaner. Since neither have the word "boat" anywhere on the label, they are very inexpensive and effective.

I only have experience with Zep and it worked great. We kept our 310 in the water with no bottom paint. I had it hauled twice throughout the summer to be cleaned and there was 1/4" of green growth each time. Took the admiral and I an hour with Zep to scrub it back to looking like she was lift kept. I wouldnt do that again, wet boats should be painted, but Zep toilet worked delightfully.
