Water Distribution Housing Replacement 2011 Rinker 260

I have a 2011 Rinker 260 EC with a 350 Mag.  Does anyone know if the plastic water distribution housing on the front lower port side of the engine can be changed while the boat is in the water or does it need to be changed out of water?  I apparently have a small crack in mine that is leaking periodically.  Thank you.

    yep it can be done in the water. Two seasons ago we discovered at launch that both of mine had hairline cracks at the drain screw.They just go bad after a while. Unfortunately they are over $200 each. Anyway I did them in the water in about 15 min, very easy and no water came in as it is after the raw water pump.

    Same as @Liberty44140.  Had one done last season.  Had crack in the drain screw.  $250 for part at Marina. They did work with boat in water.
