The DNR has a port guild for the Michigan DNR marinas.  You can view it on-line at https://www.michigandnr.com/Publications/PDFS/harbor_guide/#t=Cover.htm  

I asked the DNR about getting a hard copy and this is their response:

The best thing to do is to call Milliken State Park and Harbor. They aren’t officially open yet, but they do have staff on duty working in the area and periodically monitoring the phones.

They would be happy to work out a time to meet at the harbor so you or your friends could pick a few up.

Otherwise, during the boating season, they will have them available in the office.

    The challenge will be what marina’s will be under water. South Haven has docks submerged. 

    A friend who slips in Milwaukee said their marina got wiped out in a storm a few weeks ago.

    Looks like there's going to be a lot of high water levels in the Great Lakes again this year. Today's big storm in Ontario won't help. Glad we are missing that! :-)
