Run Blower while Gen Set on?

should i ran the blower while on hook with the Gen Set running? what do you guys do

    Always, mine is set so only one of the 2 blowers run when using generator

    Yes sir, every year we read about a family died in there sleep. also check your CO detectors. If you don't have one install one.

    Yes but switch the blowers on using the switch on the panel by the genny start button, not the switch at the helm, this should only run the blower on the opposite side of the boat than the genny exhaust so you are not bringing in fumes. Blower switch at the helm runs blower on both sides of the boat. Also make sure you have at least two co detectors down below that work.

    I always run the blower but never knew the switches made a difference.  Thanks for the info.
