Rinker Blue Hull touchup?

I have a Rinker with the blue hull on the side. Looking fot the best way to restore it over to winter? Any thoughts or recommendations?

    I had mine wet-sanded by a detailer.  Made it look brand new.  That's the only way I know to bring back chalky gelcoat.

    Depends if you are going to do it yourself or hire it out.

    Personally I would just give it a go yourself. 
    7" quality buffer & 3M wool pads will easily clean that up with compound.
    Once you get it in good shape initially - easy to keep it up & protect it if you work at it each year.

    Mine was beyond what you can achieve with rubbing compound.  I used to have a pro do a full compound-polish-wax job in the spring, but it would be chalky by mid-season.  After he wet-sanded, all it needed was wash and wax twice a year.
