I have been searching online and recently seen another member asking about the same thing so I am creating a thread all about it.  

If you live near some great destination's reached via the Great Lakes post a note about it, its location and a photo for other members to learn about the beautiful resources and destinations available to us Great Lakes Boaters!!  

Im not sure about you, but we like tasting cocktails from various longitude and latitudes!

    There are too many to list.  But we recently went to Maumee Bay Marina.  They don't have a lot of slips but it's a really nice place.

    On the Lake Huron side, Lexington State Harbor is nice.  Lexington is a quiet little down and the marina is just a 5 minute walk from down town.

    Plenty of marinas to stay at up here.  Plan a trip to LSC some time.

    Ya tonawanda NY ,it's a festival in July brings a lot of boats around for the week.

    How are the flats when I head to Lake Erie its to go to downtown buffalo,or sunset bay beach theirs a few beach clubs their and nice sand  they have a marina in  cattaraugus creek if the lake gets bad.I have spent the week their.

    Flats are nice place to visit for the weekend for dinner, drinks and walking distance to downtown Cleveland.   Cleveland does not have the waterfront boating destinations of other cities (yet) though we are progressively rebuilding from an industrial city to a modern city.

    Basically the same around downtown buffalo ,slowly more and more construction is happening on the waterfront.

    Who's the guy that has the HUGE complex on the south shore of Lake Erie west of Cleveland between Ruggles Beach & Beulah Beach along West Lake Rd? You can't see it from the road because he's built a gigantic berm all around it, but you can see it from the lake and good lord! Private yacht basin, helipad, there's about a dozen chimneys sprouting from the place. We were renting a cottage in Huron and our friends brother brought his boat  and we saw that place. We caught lots of perch that day which we ate that night. We also did Put in Bay and Cedar Point. Fun time.
