My 320 was ordered with Faux teak (not sure what brand Rinker used) from the factory. It is a 2009 so, the flooring has been in use for 7 years and it still looks great! Spills wipe up, and do not stain. If I had carpet in the cockpit I would be replacing it by now. But the "flexiteak" still looks new. I really like it. The only down-side I've observed is that it can get a little hot when exposed to the direct sun, but that hasn't been a problem for me. I posted a picture of the boat so you can see how the floor has held up over the years.
