I stopped in at HD last night to get this and the vacuum relief valve. They were out of the home armor stuff but I picked up the valve. I have another HD within a couple miles, so I'll check there.
@Liberty44140 , I have a little bit of moss on one section of my roof. Do you tink the Home Armor will kill it off? It doesn't harm the shingles at all or discolor them?
I sprayed it on and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. I then wiped it with a towel to dry it up. I didn't hose it off, I figured with it not hosed off it will prevent the mold from coming back.
I came across one of my old 242 posts while searching. I was wondering if anyone ever put muriatic acid in the waste tank to break down what accumulates on the bottom? I’m thinking about doing this next season. I usually scrape the bottom with a long plastic scraper that I made. The acid would be a lot easier.

I'm also curious about this. I don't have good access to my holding tank, so a liquid solution would be great. Would the acid be bad for the hoses?
I've seen some products online that are supposed to get the gunk out, not sure if they'd work as good as acid. I tired Corrosion Technologies Hammerhead , and I think it did OK. My tank would always show 1/3 full even after a pump out, after treating it with the hammerhead it gets down to E now. But I'm not fully convinced it got everything out.
The Healy looked fun. My father had a blue/white 3000 until it got tboned at an intersection. He walked away, but car was a loss.
I have a 72 Triumph in the garage but it hasn’t see much road time in way too long
Rinker sold but still have other boats Eastern LI, NY
@Rich_ he’s lucky to walk away! Not much protection in those cars! Mine had a V8 conversion. That and the lack of safety always scared me. The Healy 100 was an awesome car but it was sooooo tiny compared to the vehicles on the road today.
Agree have never seen one that clean. Have been kicking around getting some to play with. Problem i get into is anything that is nice enough for me they want crazy $$. At crazy dollars I figure might as well go new or newer. Last year ended up picking up Cadillac CT5 all wheel drive with twin turbo v6 for daily driver. Checks boxes power & handling & family friendly.
