And you can be confident it will never appear on the BoatUS annual list of most over-used boat names! (How many boats named Aquaholic does the world really need ...)
I cant wait to get aquaholic off the back of my transom.
The little lady is still stuck on the salty swallow and i want a name that wont raise eyebrows if the boat is in tow when i get my kid from school. The blow me sailing sticker on my back window is already roo much.
@YYZRC , I was surprised at how heavy it was once it was past the pivot point. I might be off but I’m thinking close to 200 lbs. The guy that hauled it helped me, 3 people would’ve been easier but obviously doable with 2. Would be nice if it was on an electric actuator!
It wasn’t sealed at the base, but the plates that I removed to get to the bolts were. I put two pillows between the arch and transom. I didn’t strap it down, I had a short trip. It was heavy and I wasn’t worried about it bouncing. It can easily be strapped down if you want.
The new panels look great. It just baffles me how many boaters dont take 4 seconds to toss an old towel over their dash when they leave the boat so that there is no fading. Tremendously makes a difference when you sell the boat.
I’m no longer a 2 boat owner!😁 I dropped off my 242 this morning with the new owner at a local ramp to be hauled out. I mentioned the forum to him and told him how resourceful it is, hopefully he joins.⚓️
@PickleRick , I have a few things in mind. I’m thinking about the Hill Marine 4x4 props but wish I was able to use the boat more before I had to pull it out to see how she performs with the stock props.
Thanks @raybo3 , It wasn't a good feeling owning 2 boats, LoL. I didn't want to have to deal with winterizing and storing it. Plus I had about a week and a half to be out of my marina.
I am getting ready to have my 360 hauled. It has the folding arch as well. I was wondering how heavy it was. Looks pretty straight forward. I am glad I saw your pictures and this thread. Great looking boat!
Man, that is a truly interesting story for a boat name!
My wife and I think this will be the final font (we have all winter to decide), pretty happy with it.
I would lose the comma and periods, and I would add a thin silver outline to the city/state. Otherwise I think the font, colors and drop shadow are a great match for your boat's color scheme.

Looks like you put some towels between the arch and the transom, did you also strap the arch down so it wouldn't bounce?
Good for you @aero3113

It’s heavier than it looks. Definitely doable with two people but three will be a lot easier.
