Will do.  The admiral is back in OH this weekend, so I have a feeling we'll be doing more fishing and crabbing (I think fishing in between the crab trot line runs).  It's great this time of year when the rock are in the river!

@mattie  great looking trailer. I really need to replace mine and love the look of the Venture aluminum trailers. The salt water is not kind to painted steel trailers. Starting to save for next season.

Yaa the aluminum Venture works really well. Had to monkey with it a bit. More of a generic fit trailer. Raised the bunks & shortened the bow stop plus some other tweakin. The boat does center itself well in the long vertical bunks.
My fave trailer was the factory Trailmaster that came prefit for the Rinkers. Steel though. Great for fresh water.

The first fishing trip in the 2859.  My uncle got the biggest fish of the weekend.

I must have cleaned fish for over an hour on Sunday

Great way to spend the last weekend in the lake for the year.



My uncle hadn't been fishing on a boat in over 25 years and hadnt fished in over 10.

Cool pic @icoultha but what are those tiny little sticks holding your piers in place?  I've never seen pilings that small.

I think it's because they float and they also come out each year.  But yes, they are very small.
