Had a visitor to our city this weekend... USS Gerald R Ford. It was the talk of the town this weekend. Pretty impressive.

Not sure if anyone follows this couple. They just took their boat by water from NY to Florida and got to Florida right before the hurricane.

He bought a house in cape coral closed to one of my properties and I took a pic of his boat where it land after the hurricane.

Its amazing its back in the water and not leaking. I guess we will see what happens when he fires it up.

That vessel is from the marina just south of us. Seen it a few times.

Read on another forum a guy's boat was gone after the hurricane, has not found it yet. That was a neat recovery .

We pulled docks Saturday. Not sure what was more depressing - pulling them or doing it at 75 degrees.

Winter seems to be turned on here like a switch. We went from 70s to 40s and lower in what seemed like a few days. I'll be doing my winterizing tomorrow which is just blowing air thru the freshwater lines but we'll still be using the boat 🙂

Very cool photo! @Aqua_Aura  I flew to Whitehorse Yukon in 2010 to see that for myself. No where near what your image shows but there was some for my son and I to see. Natural beauty over man made any day for me.

Red tide, kills fish,  this is at Cayo Costa a small Island west Pine Island and west of **** Gorda FL

I wonder how much of that red tide was caused by run off from the storm surge and rain from Hurricane Ian? All those nutrients flowing in to the ocean and feeding the algae that cause the red tide.

Cayo costa is my favorite spot in fl...rented a home there two summers in a row- awesome if you want to step away from the world.
