Anchored in Hubbards Cove, my home waters watching the contenders from 28 countries prep for a week of racing starting tomorrow. These are fast little boats and I believe the catamarans are the hydrofoils as well. Great day on the water today.
@aero3113 thanks dude although not as nice as your stripe bass. We have stripe in this lake, I've never fished for them but they bring up some big ones. This time of year they stay down deep where it's cool then come up at night to feed. I'm always asleep before their dinner.
If you zoom in on the first picture you'll find this guy about to get bulldozed by that storm. Was just rain at first, but turned into lighting and thunder pretty quickly as it hit the coast.
@YYZRC , that’s funny!! I didn’t even notice the hull! We pulled in and it was dark. Nice people, some how my daughters ended up hanging out in their cabin.

How dare you say that!

It is absolutely silent out here and the river is like glass.
Noticed the water temp here was 84 yesterday, down from 93 a few weeks ago...
This was the sand bar yesterday around 1. Have never seen so few people there on a Sunday!
