@YYZRC why don't you just replace the speaker itself, no the entire enclosure? I did that with mine and it was like $5. & it sounds much better than my old speaker ever did.
One thing I miss about the Rinker was the separate VHF speaker. Was so nice and loud, I could hear it very clear over the engines and water. I can hear my current unit fine now, but its not like having that separate speaker.
Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. I’ve learned from the past, I would always try to fix the smallest imperfection and end up ruining the entire project!
Does anyone know where I can buy bedding for the bow berth bed. Just bought a used 350 Cruiser and we throw out the bedding from the previous owner. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
@charlieanna1983 you won't find an OEM mattress in stock anywhere. Most people buy a foam mattress and DIY. There several online shops that will make a custom mattress, but I haven't used any of them. Do you still have the original to use as a template?
Or you can find a local upholstery shop to make one.
I do have the original foam mattress. Will see what I can find from the online shops that can make a custom mattress but I assume it will be expensive. If that is too much $ I will see about the upholstery shop. Thanks for the feedback.

I ordered these on eBay. Will report back.
Sad thing is I painted the one in my 330 and it turned out great. Not sure how I fudged this one so bad!
