@Handymans342 every year it flucuates at least 30 feet. This year, we'll get at least a 50' rise......tons of snowpack in Colorado/Utah

@rasbury Not a stupid question haha! There is a full blown marina as well with slips, but the buoy field is right next to it. It's almost exclusively houseboats on the buoys, but there are plenty of cruisers in the slips
