    That looks great!  We did our ham Wednesday because we are on the boat now for four days.  I should’ve taken a pic of dinner tonight.  It was chicken marinated in Caribbean jerk and salmon with some spices along with peppers, mushrooms and onions all done on the grill at the marina.  Amazing between the six of us it all disappeared!
