I think the players feed off of the fans and it helps with intensity. However it could also have an adverse effect in pumping up someone and causing a mistake or to take a dumb penalty because of adrenaline.

Sometimes the AC seawater pump does not prime after being out of the water. With AC running on cool or heat cycle check for water coming out of the boat. On my 342 it is at the bow stbd side. The unit should shut down if there is no water flow.

I am not sure if you are confused re fresh water cooled. If your engine has closed cooling it will have anti freeze reservoir and a heat exchanger cooled by sea or lake water (Fresh water cooled) or the engine is cooled by whatever water it is floating in.
How long has the boat been in the water? Normally small blisters go away over the winter if the boat is laid up on land and re-appear after a couple of months in water and as long as they are small it would be OK. If they are large the bottom will need to be stripped and sealed.
The surveyor found high moisture readings in the transom but the soundings were good meaning the core is solid much like my boat. At some point you are going to have to find the source of the water intrusion and deal with it. If it is left too long the cost to repair will get larger. I am not trying to put you off buying but I would certainly be negotiating the price down to cover future expenses. I have a post on this subject.

From your profile pic looks like you have a trailer? I guess the next question than becomes how will you be using the boat? Trailer back and forth or in water for the summer?
With your size boat, and a trailer, you could not bottom paint and just haul it out every few weeks and wash the bottom to keep it clean.
Just remember, once you bottom paint it can never be undone or go back to bare bottom. You'll need to maintain the bottom for the life of the boat.

I had that connector burn up on my hot water heater. IMO no need for a "plug" there so I just spliced the wires together and never a problem since.
