But again, only if it is the owner selling it. Most of the time it is the broker being lazy. To me, they don't work enough for their money. I'll sell it myself!

Agree. Pics like that suggest that the owners have lost all give-a-damm about their boat. And a good photo session can do just the opposite.

I replaced it, but stayed with the 6-gallon water heater. If somebody really needs a long shower, there's infinite hot water as long as the engine is running.

Use the shut off valve on the shower head. Wet up, water off, soap up, water on and rinse.

I use the port side shore power at my slip, I only used the starboard side for one week when I first bought the boat. It’s nice having the option though.
