A new and easy test for the horror of Covid-19 is doing the rounds and it's simple, quick and positive (or negative if you see what I mean).
Take a glass and pour a decent sized shot of your favorite whisky into it and then see if you can smell it. If you can, then you are halfway there.
Then drink it. If you can taste it then it is reasonable to assume you are currently free of the virus because the loss of the sense of smell and taste is a common symptom.
I tested myself 7 times last night and was virus free every time.
Thank goodness.
I will have to test myself again today because I have developed a throbbing headache which can also be one of the symptoms.
I'll report my results later.

Small leak of water in our bedroom , any ideas?
We just bough a month ago this boat and as any boat of that many years there is always little things that comes up (hoping they are all little ) We noticed the rug in our bed room, small spot was wet and dried but still a small wet spot bottom right of this picture in front of the cabinet. As there is a sink in the cabinet with water coming in through pipes ,our only thought is may be a leak there. Anyone ever had this situation .

Re: Pic Of The Day
These were taken last night on my old home lake in Northern Ontario. My nephews brand new Pontoon boat. That's my Dad who I haven't seen since he had a double bypass back in January. Cases here are low so we decided to take a chance on a visit, staying apart as well as we can. It's a beautiful area except for the 6 months of mosquitos and 8 months of snow.

Re: Fatality in Marina
The last few times we have been at our marina there have been 3 or 4 kids fishing off the docks. Maybe early 20's. Don't think they belong there but not sure. The other night we were watching a movie in the cabin and saw them right next to our boat fishing off the finger slip. I just worry about fishing line around my outdrive but not sure if that is an issue or not. The other night we were walking back and they had left a backpack and fishing pole laying right in the middle of the dock. It was dark and I almost tripped over the pole. They were all the way out on the other dock. I thought maybe it belonged to the guy that owned that boat but saw him at the pavilion and he said it wasn't theirs. Told him to be careful of the pole and he said he would kick it in the water..lol
