Re: Bravo 3 drive install ?
Finally got it all back together. All new parts except for the transom plate. Both drives ready to go except for the digital trim limits. Could set it according to instructions. Will try with rinda laptop once its in the water. First have to wash and wax it.

Re: What did you do to your boat today
With the new oil pressure senders in they’re reading about 45 at idle where the old ones were reading 40. If I rev the engines slightly they would climb to about 60. I’ll have to see what they read when I can cruise and get the engines at running temp.

Re: What did you do to your boat today
I descaled both engines. Port had a lot of brown come out, starboard was pretty clean. I had it drain into the bilge then into a bucket outside so I don’t kill the grass. There was a hose that was crunchy on the port side, I took it off and cleaned it out, a ton of scale! I also replaced the drain tube. You can see where it was leaking. Now I need to get her in the water and go for a good run to blow everything out!

Re: Meet the new La Rea!
The swim platform is fixed! It was a happy, happy day when I put the system back together and everything worked perfectly!
It won't interest most Rinker owners, but I'm loading this post with Google search keywords in case a future Maritimo owner needs help.
Keywords: 2011 Maritimo A50, swim platform, dive platform, Fleet-Hydrol, Stella Marine, broken, will not hold position, locks not operating, locks damaged
Why the swim platform failed: A previous owner overloaded the swim platform with a heavy tender, and went out in rough seas. Wave impacts bent the lock mechanisms and destroyed the teeth on the locking pawls, so the locks could not engage.
How I fixed it: I used a forklift to remove the platform from the lift. Then I disassembled the lift, removed the locks, and had them rebuilt by a machine shop. I also had all four hydraulic cylinders rebuilt, and replaced all eight exterior hydraulic hoses.
If you need this repair, contact me for advice. You won't get useful help from Maritimo or Stella Marine (company that acquired Fleet-Hydrol).
Here's one of the rebuilt lift mechanisms prior to installation.

I also made a video showing how the locks work. The lock is just sitting on top of the partially disassembled lift.

@Formulaben and @johnny44 I looked into your accounts and could not find anything wrong. Give it a couple of days and see what happens. If it continues let me know and I will try to figure something out.
