As many of you know, I fly a lot. A lot.
Anyway the person sitting next to me on a flight was an attractive woman.
Ever the charmer, I used one of my “best” lines on her.
I asked, “Does the airline charge you extra for sitting next to a good-looking man?”
“Yes,” she replied, “but I wasn’t willing to pay.”

You can get a free loud exhaust system here in California. Just park your car on the street long enough and your catalytic converter will be stolen. Yep, believe it or not that's a big problem around this neck of the woods at the moment. Andy.

Sorry @TDS we do tend to go off on a tangent every now and then. Did we actually answer your question? I'd say open pipes won't buy you much performance unless the engine is tuned for it.
