Update: I replaced the injector today. I started it and it shut down two minutes later with an LOC (Loss of coolant) code. I forgot to replace it with the new one I ordered. I installed the raw water pressure sensor and it ran with no issues. I put all sorts of loads on it and it was rock solid. Hopefully it’s all good now. Before I pulled the old injector I tested the spray pattern and it was just pissing with no spray. If you get all types of codes, replace your injector before anything else!
It's an mpi motor! Sounds like you have 1 injector than shoots fuel into the intake manifold...just like my 350 mpi boat motor...although I have not really looked to be honest. I tend not to look at stuff that ain't broke...got enough of the broke stuff to contend with...
I power the fridge and ice maker with the ac switch with the generator, not the dc side. Spent all day Saturday on the hook with the genny on powering the ac, ice maker, fridge, charger, etc...
Guess I was just being cautious, still nervous it will shut down on me again. I ran it yesterday for over 6 hours with the air conditioning on and charger, no issues.
@aero3113 when you run your genny you should put the highest load on it that you can. The bigger the load the better the genny likes it. When I run mine I put all A/C on. I even turn on my stove top. Genny does not like small loads..... Just say'n

How does the top cover come off of the generator? I briefly looked at mine today as I want to change the spark plugs but getting to the back one on the 280 seems near impossible.
@raybo3 I knew that fact but now after reading that comment it made me realize it's like revving an engine in neutral not having a load on the generator since the generator runs at its operating RPM somewhat regardless of load.
Look for smallish hex head screws ... 2-3 along each side, and two along the back top. There are also pins that get inserted into holes, and its confusing until the first time you take it apart.
The screws are steel, and likely corroded, so be careful. I stripped one of mine, and had to drill it out.
I replaced mine with stainless ... hope that won't cause a corrosion problem. I have spares if you need 'em.
Ok I'll take a closer look next time I go down there. I checked the service manual and it says to clean and re gap at 100 and replace at 300. Generator has 190 on it so if it proves too difficult I guess I'll wait till 300. I don't have all the room in the engine room like you all.
You need to be a bit Helen Keller on replacing the plug towards the hull. lol. Once the top is off or pushed back and the end panel removed, it’s not bad. Just did the plugs on my 5e on Sat. I replace every year and carry spares.
