@YYZRC I forgot to check and I asked another member who arrived today and he also forgot to check. I guess we all just assume cold and not ready to swim 😂. I'll check tomorrow when we head downriver.

It's 50 on the surface @YYZRC. 85 today on the coast which is very hot for the coast here 🥵

@Aqua_Aura I checked water temp daytona beach are at 72, Miami 79. Almost warm enough!

Almost?!?! 😜. Our opening day is next Saturday and I started the tradition of jumping in the water no matter what so I have to keep it going this year.

Seeing you say "opening day" makes it sound like a really special event for the club...that is pretty cool. I'm sure the higher end resort/marina places here in fl have a new year boat season event...just like they do every weekend!

Blue blazer and white pants event with a commodore's ball in the evening to swear in the positions. We do a quick boat parade in the morning then drinks and social. Very fun way to start the boat season.

This is a 1927 85' wooden boat that was sunk and was pulled up and restored by the current owner. He bought it when he was 27 so about 25-30 years ago. This boat is incredible inside and so much history,friend of friends so we got a tour.

A new candy/ice cream shop opened opened up about 200 yards from my dock 🙄 LoL!

@rasbury , it’s very stressful but yes, I let them. Believe me , ice cream can save the day! 😂

I have grandchildren and two great grandchildren (they live with me,)- I don't like them to eat in the house.

Picked up one of the boys on the Grady who was out fishing (short stripper, bluefish, sea robin) on one of his friend’s boat, the oldest took the Whaler while the third was at soccer practice. Got driven home and he even docked it
