I am remodeling my interior, so i thought i would post some pictures here,

Problem i have with the floor is that they put down the plywood floor then fiber glassed down both sides and one side the floor has separated from the fiberglass, so i think im going to have to cut the fiber glass with a Dremmel very careflully!
and then lay new wood im going to lay wood down both sides on the angle then lay wood in the center and put vinyl over the top.

Britinusa, I respect you but I sure as h*ll  don't envy the job you have to do. Mark is a LOT younger than I am, so he is still young enough to like a challenge like that.    Me, not so much so. For me, a challenge is flipping the breaker for the cockpit blender back on if it jams on the ice and limes while making margaritas! LOL MT .....  BTW I have the best margarita recepie in the world.

Further inspection is that i don't want to risk damaging the hull by cutting, so tonight i did some test pieces of plywood and i decided to lay new plywood on top of the existing floor i will lose almost 1" of ceiling height but i can live with that.

Britinusa, what are you going to finish your floor with, laminate?  If so, would you consider a cork sub floor?  It is used often under laminate, especially when placed directly on concrete. Reason I say this is the cork would likely conform to fill in the unleveled subfloor you currently have.

Im going with a vinyl floor, its very uneven right now.

Yes, cork finished floor is also nice RY.  What I'm thinking is a cork subfloor. It even comes in different thicknesses, so if there's a step in height in the subfloor, then you can change the thickness to match up and level the top surface.

here is the new bathroom wall roughed in, I got the floor samples in today so i am looking at the colors im thinking of the teak gloss finish (light color=illusion of more space theory) and I will stain the wall and door to match.

The wall and door are in, just some final trimming, then ill take it all out and stain it to match the floor.

I took this from the catalog, This is the floor im going with, though mine is a slightly smaller cabin lol

That really does look great!  & I'm sure that floor will turn out nice as well!  Please take pics as you apply the floor.  I know many others on here will be very interested.  Noting what adhesives and other materials would really be helpful.  I know a few that have been thinking of applying that same floor (I have it in my cabin and love it!)

Thank you, im putting the sub floor in this weekend then i will be ordering the vinyl flooring. i love the idea of taking pictures all through the remodel!

Sub floor is going in, i'm having to make a lot of shims because in using a plank style vinyl i want the lines to look right so i'm laying the side angled pieces parallel to the floor.
