I left a small channel where the water drains across the helm, i know the edge of the carpet will still get wet.
Quick and easy cover for the electrics, and a grab handle for the door.
Another grab handle that made a nice towel rack!
I have no idea what the small piece of plywood was for, it appears to be glued to the wall.

I thank everyone who has been following my journey and helped me figure things out, gave me encouraging comments and generally made me feel that i was doing a good job, even when i was looking at things in an overly critical way!!
Now on to the next boat!
