How about a nice Cherry Transom door, glove box door (front Port under window)...and garbage can door? For the 270...
I can do all of it... say the word. Mahogony would look amazing up top(and withstand the elements better too)... here's a cockpit sink cover for the FV342 I just made out of mahogany. Finishing it with Waterlox Marine(thank you @Handymans342 for the info on Waterlox!!):
Man! You got the process going! Nice looking shop! Now you got me thinking about what would look nice covering my cockpit sink. I've replaced both my tables with teak, so maybe something to match? Hmmm, I'll have to think about this.

So I just put these in today, have had to go in and out ten or so times today while working on various things...
If you have the carpeted steps like I did, this is absolutely worth every dollar.... Sounds weird, but each time you step it's nice and solid, with the carpet it just wasn't as a definite thing. They are awesome! My mother slipped and fell on the carpeted ones right before we put the boat away, at that moment I knew I'd need to change them out. Thank you dig, you made the process nice and easy.
Those steps look beautiful in there @j3ff& @diggin2day1 !! I will definitely talk with many of the Rinker owners in my marina. I'm sure a few will want the wood steps.
Diggin, I'm gonna measure my cockpit sink and the aft cabin sink. I believe the aft cabin one will need the lip on it so it'll stay straight, but the cockpit one will sit right in. Hoping this weekend I'll have the boat in!
@trip_n I am not familiar with the AC outlet being inside the top step. Would you be able to provide me a picture so I can understand what you mean? On my FV270 the AC vent is in the wall directly behind the steps. @J3ff has the same too...
@trip_n - Okay, I found it... that vent is mounted on the wall behind/next to the step. My steps will bolt right up and won't obstruct the vent in any way.

Are you able to make a set for a 310?

From what I can see, they look to be the exact same steps as the FV342.
