I installed that very blower a few weeks back - first trip on Sunday. I can't hear it running - I had to check the output to see. I also added a few of these in place of the white things: they look great and have lasted a year without any kind of corrosion.
Installed a ProMainer charger in place of the stock charger in the 342. Never saw more than 13.2 volts on the house meter. The new one has the meter reading 14.5. So we'll see (next season) if the house has any more staying power.
I waxed the hull on my 330 today by hand (rub rail down) came out great and wasn’t that much harder to do than my 242. Hopefully I can get a coat of wax on the rest of the exterior before it gets wrapped this Thursday.
My boat is now winterized, waxed and covered as well. Glad I finished on Saturday because we sure got a lot of rain yesterday. Now it's time to clean all the crap I brought home (carpet, dinghy, SUP, Kayak...etc)
Foot dropped, speedometer fixed, ready for water pump install once my replacement skeg comes in/welded on. I also need to strip/prep/paint the outdrive and do anodes.
Pressurized water system is winterized. Engine oil changed, engine winterized, new plug installed in the hot water heater.
Getting ready to order new manifolds/risers as these are likely original 92 vintage and this was a Maryland/salt water boat.
Still brain storming the extended swim platfrom ideas. I also want to build a new engine hatch cover that is hinged so I can just partially open it to inspect belts, check oil and allow ventilating before launching.
@DanD2 , I see you have all of your batteries out. Do you keep them on charge while you store them?
Yes, I bring them down in my cellar. Sometimes over the winter I'll hook them up to my old battery charger and give them a good charge. A few years ago I replaced my charger and have the original one mounted on a wall in my cellar.

My haul out is Friday. Sadness. Been lots of rain and high winds the last few weeks. So missed nothing while I had both transom assemblies replaced with SeaCore models. Put in a VesselView 903! No more gauges. None.
Ok, so thanks to the beautiful work of diggin, here's what I did to my baby today, before and after pictures. 30 minutes and one cold corona...no comparison!!! Thanks brother worth every penny! Looks like they belong on the boat...quality workmanship...
@Black_Diamond looks great!, I see that you have holes in your panel below the trim tab switches. If you want to replace the panel, I think this is the correct one. It also has the trim tab switch hole centered on the panel.

Skeg was gone when i purchased it, no idea what happened but boat came with new stainless prop and the out of round/shaft checked out good. I ran it like this leak free all season.
Im undecided on paint job. Could do standard black or could do something outlandish that would be a conversion piece at the fuel station on the way to the lake. Garnett and black polka dots??? Yellow and black stars?
Sadly gamecocks suck as usual and so do the Steelers this year. The pens, well let's wait and see
It's an SEI outdrive. She lived in Maryland and then a river before i got her. No telling what she hit. Local prop shop will have it good to go for less than 200 bucks.
