I'm pretty sure your 360 is identical to my 2007 370.  In April 2021, I got carpets from snapincarpet.com using a template that I made.  They don't list the 360 or 370 in their catalog of templates, but maybe they could cut another set from my templates.  If you want to ask them, the order number was S7212.

Do you still have the original carpet? I bought some nice “Infinity Weave” and traced the original carpet onto it. Had a local carpet shop put binding on it and I’m super happy!

I do not, I could make a template, but would love to find a precut one.

I did this for about $400. I hated how everyone makes the flooring in 17 pieces. Mine is two.

I've got an '05 360 as well. I have the original snap-in carpets and would love new ones. I also want to know what people have done for curtains on their cabin windows.

I made it myself. Ordered a bulk roll from https://marinevinylfabric.com/ and traced the original carpets onto it. Cut it out and had a local canvas shop sew on Sunbrella binding.

Anyone have any autopilot install experience? I am wondering what type of actuator I would need with twin mercruiser i/os?  Would it use its own steering pump or the existing one? I have the Simrad plotter wondering what else I need?

I use the GO12 with a NAC-2, Precision 9 compass and an Octopus Type R drive.

Don’t buy the Octopus rudder sensor, it is garbage. Get the Simrad.

I mounted the NAC-2 on the bulkhead and the Octopus between the stringers.

What he said.  The Octopus Type R is an electric actuator that attaches to the steering ram.  There's no connection to the hydraulics.  And if something breaks, you can easily disconnect the actuator by pulling one pin.  (I used them for about 15 years on two boats; only needed to disconnect it once.)

So I'm beginning to research my autopilot/ then radar upgrades.
I have to Simrad go9 now connected to my engines and a NMEA 2000 network with a smartcraft gateway which this forum was a great help setting up everything.
I will use my current go9 for instrument data.
    Going to install a Simrad Nss16 Evo3s Chartplotter/Fishfinder Mfd with a bracket
and use it to build my new system with newest hardware.
Will need Auto pilot drive, rudder sensor, heading or precision compass, and eventually a Simrad halo 24 radar. any recommendations.

My buddy was removing his props on his 05 360 with Volvos. We noticed that the props are different from side to side. Anyone know what the correct set is?

Volvo Penta DUOPROP  F5Front  3851465 5B pitch is xx.xx inches, and the diameter is 14.75 inches Stainless Steel 3 Blades Lefthand rotation
Volvo Penta DUOPROP  F5REAR 3851475 5B pitch is 22.75 inches, and the diameter is 14.41 inches Stainless Steel 3 Blades Righthand rotation

These are what are on my 2005 360 with
