Christmas eve at my house trying to hook up a old set of Rinker gauges to the 10pin harness of the volvo so I can start motor at home an get oil pressure and temp.
hubs are finally rebuilt. Took over 2 weeks for the new bearings and seals to arrive. Got it all assembled on Xmas Eve, i had some time to kill before I got drug out to grocery shop.
That frame looks pretty clean @PickleRick must be nice living in the South lol. I noticed the idler arm and drag link aren’t connected, waiting on more parts?
Yes. The idler arm is on that side. It is one of the only under built parts on these vintage Toyotas. Ive ordered one that has a much larger inner diameter along with upgraded bronze bushings from 4 crawler. My planned 33 inch tires and big winch bumper would strain a stock idler assembly. The other side not pictured is loose as my moog pitman arm has been in transit for about 3 weeks.
She's a northern Georgia rig so other than two spots the size of quarters on each rear wheel well she's rust tree. I'll be able to fix them pretty easily.
We've yet to get any of our groceries or basic house hold items delivered. The only reason I got roped into this shopping trip was because i got off work at noon on Xmas Eve.

I can’t remember the last time I was in a grocery store.
