@PickleRick@YYZRC Well, I'm surely not the fisherman, but I have great dock neighbors/friends that are. Guys, I was catching spot larger than that to use to then catch the big ones! Must've caught 20 spot in a half hour, which was a ton of fun. It was the first time I'd ever used live fish (especially so large) to catch larger fish. Anyway, catching something is more fun than nothing at all....but, catching nothing at all, is lots better than being a landlubber.
I caught my first striper last week, here local about the size dream son has. They put up a good fight. Like Mike Tyson, however I did not know they were in the river. I'll be focused on some later this week.
I’ve see this motorcycle parked out side of a mountain bike trail by my house but never stopped to look at it. Today I saw it in a parking lot in Port Jeff. Anyone ever see a motorcycle with a bike rack on it??
Yesterday was the Admiral's birthday, and the locals really went all-out to celebrate it. Mount Vernon had a huge fireworks show Friday night, and Tim's Rivershore had a show Saturday night. It's really touching that they would go to such trouble to show their love for her.
You can see George Washington's house at the bottom left. At bottom right is the Admiral yelling "POPCORN!!!"
Back up in the North East today enjoying a cool breeze and lots of boating at the local island hang out.. the water sure was COLD compared to the keys!!

This 15 inch mutton was 3 inches short of the legal size.
The storms off the Gulf really wreaked havoc on fishing and limited to spots/time we had access too
