2003 Rinker 342 having trouble coming on plane

My 342 has the 5.7 mags and the other weekend I had trouble planning out. I did have full fuel tanks as well as a full water tank. I also had 12 people on board. I realize this is a lot of weight but my boat neighbors Four Winns 328 with 260hp engines came on plane easily with the same conditions. I had the outdrives trimmed all the way down and had the trim tabs down as well. I ended up sending people into the cabin to come on plane. Any suggestions to help the boat plane out?

raybo3 yes I had the tabs down before powering up.

1800 pounds of fuel

The 350MAG MPI has a top rpm of 4,800-5,200 rpm. My 22P gets me to 4,800 rpm. A 20P would get me to 5,200 or so.

So just an update the Four Winns 328 that got on plane very easily just blew a motor. I don't think he has the correct pitch props on his boat. I think I will stay with what I have. I don't want to over rev the engines.
