    Pens have not gotten far in several seasons.  They have reached the finals 4 times since 2008 and won 3 of those appearnces.  I guess its only fair to give other teams a chance

    Im 100% disappointed. Sadly their core group makes too much to build well around them constantly.  They are too old to play the way they did 10 years ago

    The lightning have been just one or two players(maybe even a few lucky puck bounces) away from a cup several times over the past decade.

    If I was a pro hockey player Tampa Bay is about the best local in all hockey.  The fishing, the golf, the weather....why live in newyork or Toronto, deal with those winters when you can play in South(Central) Florida

    Yeah, caps better get there butt back in on Friday or they'll be done.  Everyone has a bad day, but it's tough when your goalie does.  It didn't help having a couple key players out as well.  I think the Caps will win it tomorrow because it's my 50th B-day!! :smile:

    The Caps finally showed up for work yesterday.  In the second half of the game, it almost seemed like they care about the outcome.  Two more games like that, and it could get interesting.

    They should have canceled the season. You just can’t pick up where you left off after 90+ days off. This is insane. Baseball too

    It is tough to pick up where you left off.  Finally those Caps made game 4 interesting!!  Geez!  Talk about waiting until the last minute!  I sure hope that same team shows up on Thursday.  Maybe Backstrom will be back too.

    Playoffs won't finish until around October 1.  I guess they will delay the start of the 20/21 season?

    Don't agree with everything shut down and nothing to do people needed some sort of outlet. They shut down every year when the season is over and "pick it back up" at the start of the next season so what's the difference?............ Just say'n

    @Dream_Inn I was surprised to see Backstrom in concussion protocol.  The hit by Lee didn't seem that bad.  Solid, for sure, and clean.  But Backstrom jumped right up, didn't put his hands to his head or seem wobbly (the things that concussion spotters look for).  I guess he must have had other symptoms at the bench.  

    I sure hope he gets cleared tomorrow.
