we had frost twice this week but not enough to re winterize or drain block.  Car read 31 but boat thermostat read 39 on the coldest night in a month. Past 2 weeks have been in 60s or 70s(80s a few times) all week with zero rain.  Each weekend low 60s and 100% chance of rain. I can't catch a break.  Kids birthday party is next weekend so still another 2 weeks before I have another opportunity to launch.   Tomorrow will be 75 and sunny but I'm not launching for a day.

PM me for the number to my custom shrink wrap guy

Went for a hike behind our house in Port Angeles in the Olympic National Forest

Is that actually your back yard or do you have a portal to Narnia in the back of the closet?  Beautiful pics

@PickleRick Yes we enter Narnia thru the basement 😁. Port Angeles is set right in between base of the Olympic National Forest and the ocean so it is not far to get on the trails either by walking or a quick few mile drive.

Coffee pic of the day.....on the boat. Wife bought me a box of whiskey flavored coffee for my birthday and it's actually really good. Flavored coffee has come a long way.

I thought of you as I drank my coffee and played my music. And I'll also think of you if I need my life jacket 😜

All set for our yacht club's annual Commissioning Day ceremony tomorrow!  I'm also running sound for the event, so I'll be here early tomorrow setting up speakers and mic stands.

@Grahamu that is nice.  Who designed it?

My graphics guy in town, when we sold our last boat we told the buyer it does not come with the name. We changed the colours to match the gold leaf  and black that Rinker has. We played with the palm tree a few times but decided to keep it natural looking

Those boat garage/deck things are so nice.. It's too bad they don't seem to have them on Salt water locations..

Love the covered slip. Pic on the Simcoe travelift makes the 342 look wider than the slip!

Who did you use for transport?

@J3ff you see them more on lakes where the water levels are controlled, no tides.
@randy56, don't know, we are under a complete lockdown due to Covid being out of control here. Lockdown is supposed to end May 20. That's a long weekend  so hopefully then do a day cruise and get to know the lake again.

Lock down from boating how can ya get more isolated? shame. I have a feeling I'd be in trouble. What's the consequences?

I think marina operators are more annoyed and defeated than the boaters - it is insanity up here.

I live in Toronto where I am still waitlisted for the C19 vaccine (over 2 weeks now). I was up in Midland (small town) dealing with the boat and I walked into a pharmacy and got the vaccine on the spot. Every aspect of the Covid response is seemingly nonsensical and haphazard, including closing marinas to boaters.
Lucky bugger, I’m waiting on any sort of contact back for vaccine appointment. Registered 2 weeks back as well. I registered at 12:01am.....first day that I could.
