Sadly, started to unload. Bedding, memory foam mattress, extra life jackets came home. A bright light for next year- picked up new Lewmar Delta anchor.

We are supposed to be pushing 85 today 😲 summer won't quit here and it's getting annoying, we are so dry compared to normal. Unfortunately we have a family event to attend so no boating today ☹️

    Thanks @aero3113

Picked this up for my daughter on Amazon so she can snorkel.  So far she loves it in the bathtub.  I think it's going to work great.  Considering an adult version for myself.  Probably not pink.

Very cool, I’ve seen those and wondered how well they work. Good to know!

They are good masks for casual snorkeling in calm conditions.

Yes we love those masks. Used them in Hawaii pretty extensively and my wife used hers last week on a vacation girls trip.

Took the topside of windlass apart - cleaned up all the pieces - synthetic grease on all components. Works perf.

Never done it before. Super easy. Recommend for your maintenance 'to do' list.

On my list, I’m sure it’s never been done. Definitely great preventative maintenance.

What model do you have? Wasn’t sure they were that easy to pull apart.

I have that horizon std one. Was not working when purchased...noticed that po had tried to take apart. Thankfully he was not smart- I did pull the cover off and dint recall anything to service and found the problem in a switch...

@rasbury , take a look at this video. It’s different than yours but you should still be able to take it apart and clean/grease.

    @Ian
I’ve got a Quick brand DP2 series windlass.
Printed off the online manual. It has a maintenance section that I followed.
Pretty simple once you get started at it.
    If you’re 3/4 handy…..won’t be an issue.

    She came out today 😢.
I think I’m going to leave the arch down this winter. I propped it up on either side with some cut 2x4’s so I can still open the engine hatch. Engine oil is changed, drives are serviced, water system and generator are winterized and bottom is power washed. I’m going to do some maintenance on the engines in a few days then winterize them and schedule shrink wrap.

Sent a section of canvas out for repair.also sent all the seating out for upholstery. Looking forward to it. My seat covers were all shot. Now I have an electrical issue to figure out.

Wow @aero3113, I've seen that same view before...with snow!
I'd send a picture of mine but it's sitting out front getting detailed. By the time the ramps open back up, ready to launch!

I pulled the IRB and cleaned it, these are worse to clean than the big boat!

I swear I have never understood how a boat stays up on those little pedestals,  or they don't go right through the hull with the weight!

I have never seen the pedestals used on the keel - usually it's wood blocks.  Classy marina!
