Much smaller here so we are just going out-

in New York there are 2 seasons    Boating season and waiting for boating season 

We are hosting 16, I'm deep frying two Turkey's. Having 5 over nite family, out of towners. My wife just made 60 cookies, with oat meal and peanut M&M's. Mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, broccoli salad, Brussel sprouts, rolls, apple pie, triple layer mud pie, and pumpkin cream cheese cupcakes.  Taco bar Wednesday night when everyone gets here - complete with margaritas!

pellet grill are ease of use with great flavor, what time will dinner be ready? I'll meet you at the pub before hand.  

Been awhile for this thread so thought I'd share the venison tenderloin from a deer I harvested last week. (Actually two) Sous vide at 130 for two hours and then flashed in a smoking hot cast iron pan along with baked Mac n Cheese and salad. No knife required.

@Ian Don't worry I am keeping a close eye on it. We will not go through the BS we did last time.....
