Did NOT did not think about the delivery aspect. Really helpful advice. (These things would have showed up at my house and I would’ve been like uh-oh!)

You would need a pick up truck to move both crates as packaged. Out of the box they will fit in any SUV no problem.

    Thanks!
From what it looks like, the engines can be moved forward to change out the transom assemblies (meaning they don’t have to be removed)?

Yes, there is plenty of room to move the small block engines forward. I moved the engines with a bit of help from the Admiral, it was a straight forward process. I had a tech do the gimbal alignment and help with reinstalling the drives.

Here’s a pic of the beam I made up.

Starlink is up, using the pivot mount for now until my custom mount is fabricated. I mounted it so that it doesn’t interfere with my paddleboard rack or my solar panels.

I did the motor disconnect mod that is well documented on YouTube. It’s sitting at about a 5 degree angle to shed water.

Bright morning, here’s how much light the wrap blocks. Most of the light is coming in at the edges; would for sure block more if the screen was closed.

Repurposed the fresh water inlet with a propane quick disconnect from an RV.

Painted the outside of the cabin door latch black. I think it looks better with the vinyl.

Slowly trusting the Autopilot more. Using the Nav feature today. It’s a bit aggressive in the course changes but overall good.

Great mod for those with a stand-up shower. I removed the outer handle (held in place with Chicago screws) and left it off. I also removed the stop.

Now we can fully open the shower door. Much more pleasant.

If I was in the area I would buy it to flip it. It has been for sale for almost a year now. Definitely a story behind it (new engine, lots of hack job installs, probably no camper canvas), but cleaned up it has to be a $80k boat.

I love the color of this boat. So rare.

Someone needs to buy it and flip it...it's bringing the value of our boat down!!

That 350 for $50k was a two owner boat. I met one owner last season and the other this season. One owner bought a 40’ Regal I believe. And the other guy bought him out. The owner is looking to upgrade. From what I remember, the boat is in pretty decent shape but would need some elbow grease. He did tell me that he’s been having issues getting up on plane. I recommend the usual tune up items and if he still feels an issue, try some 4x4 props.

@YYZRC , my mind was starting to race to see how I could do this. But I just remember one HUGE thing with that boat! They removed the generator!

Well, that is huge and totally explains the $50k price and time on market. That said, I paid less than that for my 330, and it was turn key. I wouldn’t pay more than $40k.

    YYZRC,
What is the cost of  Shrink Wrap the boat every year? Nice bottom hull

It’s about $1200 USD. Some people try to save the shrink wrap and reuse it but I don’t. If there is a next boat I will get a custom winter cover made. So much waste with the shrink wrap  :#

Yep, I’ve had my cover now for 12 winters.  Paid 3700 for it and is still like new. Pic was from two days agp

Most people admire it and say they plan to do it, but I never see it happen.  Gotta do it in spring so you have it for winter. This was the first thing I bought for my boat. I had one for my 310 that was a cotton Fischer that was heavy and dusty, but lasted and went with boat after 7 years of use.
