    Wow, what a story....my Admiral might have made me walk the blank by now for what you went through and so glad you got this resolved. Sounds like Merc is really standing behind you also which is awesome....!

    Handymans342  mentioned above , having a fiberglass guy come in and reinforce/rebuild the inner transom wall. Having lots of other stuff done while the hatch is open and engine removed; water heater, engine coupler, starter, impeller, trim brackets, gimble/ bellow, y-pipe ....... $11.5K ... and all on starboard engine , strange that other people are having same issue with starboard engine.

    We all had a raised area of fiberglass that contributed to the bracket cracking
