The Grady looks similar to my sons…1983 204 overnighted.  What motor is on yours?

Added the RS150 Raymarine gps antenna to my Axiom 12 system. The old ray antenna was there with the wire cut as it won’t work with new axiom. Had been using internal mfd antenna and with the hard top it took 5-10 min to get a fix on a nice day and 20 min on cloudy day. Occasionally would lose fix for a second in bad weather. So wanted to add this. Success! Now gets fix literally instantly, turn on mfd and hard fix is complete:

Pole mount not needed, can be flush with hard top or arch, but since I already had the pole there I wanted pole mount. Only another $10 when ordering antenna…

I have the same on my Raymarine 12. Works well and an instant fix when you fire it up.
Have you added the Sirius weather module? I added that to mine and it works well. You can get a few months free preview with your Boat US membership.

I went with wind socks this season, curious to see how they do over the mylar streamers. The mylar seems to fade and break down quickly.

I finished cleaning up and getting the photos I needed for my listing. Fixed a couple minor things as well including removing a bird's nest from my boat house 😂. Stupid 🐦

The locks got a dog last year. Haven't had any issues with sea birds nesting and/or causing guano messes in and around the locks since she arrived. Loves helping the boaters lock through...

Repaired my water tank bad 90-degree elbow was causing water in the center bilge!! New fittings tested tank out of the boat to make sure it's 100% leak free.  Which it is now and cleaned a bunch of factory junk from under the water tank including screws and metal shavings.  Now she is nice and clean and meets my approval.

That’s an awesome spot for your water tank. I don’t know why they put them in the engine compartment. My cousins 24’ SR has its water tank under the forward birth.

I changed the impellers on my Mercruisers today.  I really missed the simple system that was on my Volvos, they were way easier to change.

Cleaning and more cleaning......Took some videos of the interior and also of the generator and engine start.

Pulled my trailer out of storage after 4 years and began to clean it up.

Replaced a bungee on the canvas at the aft section.

Today we started to prep the trailer to get painted and cleaned all of our stuff off the boat. The prospective buyer is doing a survey in a few days so hopefully all goes well and we'll have it sold, we have everything agreed upon just pending survey.

This is all happening way quicker than expected. If all goes as planned or close to plan we will have sold and bought a boat within 30 days from beginning this process making an offer on a boat.

(Well, it's actually not my boat any more ...)  Moved the 370 out of the slip we've inhabited for over 20 years!

The proposed new slipholder will test to see if he can fit his SR 390 Motor Yacht into the slip.  If successful, I'll be able to squeeze our new boat into his slip.  It's a juggling act.

Well, this week's fix was the rebuild of the VG4 vacuum Generator ( Vacuflush system) as the plunger failed and stuff came out the top of the pump.  Didn't take any pictures ( no need  ) .  Big pain to work on had to have my better half crawl through the ice fridge opening to remove a few screws holding it in place so I could get to the pump.  On my boat, someone did cut a bigger hole in the locker area to access the pump.  Anyways, seems to work much better we will find out this weekend.  They do recommend rebuilding every 3-5 years.
