@aero3113 and @69fastback......tip of the hat to you guys. Being on call is never really " being off" as you have to abide by the "bottle to throttle" rules!

Thanks @Michael T you’re right, but with knowing my schedule most of the time it’s not that bad. Also I love what I do when everything is running smooth!

I'm not against that, but Rinker had them installed that way, so I didnt have to pull the old trays out and re-seal them. Plus I BARELY fit the open trays there, so I'd bet the closed boxes would be a little wider and really snug.

You're correct about that. That's 12 hours for us too......errrrrr 12 feet?  Either way. Lol

I'm loading up my tent and camping equipment now, for a weekend with the family on Lake Texoma. Winds were supposed to be calm tomorrow, but now they're saying 25 mph....ugh. My boat is hardly big enough to enjoy Texoma in strong winds.

Added a motion sensor to the light in the head.  Works pretty well.

Nice add Stodge, little stuff like that can make a big difference.

I'm continuing with my radio upgrade today. Have to make a custom spacer for the tower mounts, since the bimini pole is alot smaller than the 2" the mount is designed for. Gonna sand & paint paint these black before installing to blend in more.

did you 3d print that? Pretty sure I could make whatever you needed with a 3d printer and no sanding needed.
  • JoeStangJoeStang Member Posts: 1,138 ✭✭✭✭
Haha! No, def not 3d printed. That's a PVC tube inside a PVC tube inside a PVC tube. Cut to size with a hand saw lol. My woodworking tools may be limited, but my ability to cheaply make a part is not. LOL

I had this ugly yellow small storage space that I've been wanting to remove.

Here is a picture of the new door I installed in place of the yellow cabinet in the pic above.  The door gives me access to a large storage area behind it.

In the above pic, is the space behind it.  Even enough room to store my tools.  I need to put a basket or two in there to keep it all neat, but definitely much better!

Nice.  That original is a dysfunctional POS, but Rinker used them for years.  Where did you get the replacement?

@JonnyM what's the origin of your boat's name?
  • JonnyMJonnyM Member Posts: 332 ✭✭✭
"Mosi" is the 1st 4 letters in my last name and "Dahn" is Pittsburghese for down.
