Boat was running rough. This was max throttle the other night.
New rotor, cap, wires and plugs in my 350 mag. #3 wire came off the plug pretty easy…not 100% sure it was connected, oh well now. New wires ohm’d at 7.5, old ones were between 8.5-12ohms. Boat runs great now!

Ran into something similar couple years ago. Instantly everything started to run bad. Caps/rotors/plugs, etc - on my replace list for every 3 years now.
@TonyG13 I love those lights. They are so light and thin that I can run them along the hull with just a little piece of electrical tape every 4-6 feet. (I use zip ties on the rails.) They are strong enough to hold a lot of tension, and durable ... I've had some of them for 4 years and they are good as new.
@aero3113 I agree! The windows are great, especially when underway. The Admiral calls it "watching Wave TV".
Today I tried to explain to a coworker that this boat will eventually be our retirement home for at least a few years. She 100% did not comprehend. Some people get it, some don't.
@mattie how much ? Mine had no fluid when we bought the boat 8 years ago? I looked into sending back to the factory...pretty much an eyesore...my boating does not require a compass but that sure looks nice...

About $80 on Amazon, Ritchie F-50 Explorer. Comes in back or white. Pre-wired with 22GA wires for backlight. I was shocked it was so reasonable. Ritchie has quite a selection on their website if you want to upgrade. I don’t use it either…..just for looks. Been boating in this area for 46 yrs.
I washed the boat and looked over the engine bay today. Beginning of this season I replaced a leaking starboard distribution tube, today I found the port side now has a drip. Must’ve happened during our trip this past weekend. I should’ve just replaced them both at the same time, luckily I bought two. Anyone replace one in the water?
Last time out I went to transmit on the VHF and as soon as I did I lost radio and My Garmin GPS. I had the Garmin "professionally" installed. The Garmin power was wired to the VHS and all supported by a 3 amp fuse. This outfit did a number of jobs for me and every time I look , I find another surprise. Fortunately for the boating community they are out of business.

Original compass had a crack & lost some fluid over winter. Weird.

That window would be both of my daughters (and myself) favorite spot to look out!
